GRG Health Talk to our team
For Clinical, RWE & Patient Insights teams

What actually happens in treatment — from the chart and from the patient.

Physician-abstracted records, patient and caregiver voices, and investigator reality — one network, both sides of the encounter.

What we run for you

Patient Chart Audits (Patient Record Forms)

retrospective, physician-abstracted patient records completed by treating HCPs in our network. 25,000+ patient records abstracted every year.

Patient & caregiver research

the journey behind the chart, from diagnosis to daily life, in-language and in-market

Site & investigator research

protocol feasibility, enrollment perspective, and site-level reality from the people running trials

Clinical trial support

patient trial referrals from treating physicians: consented, compliant, site-ready

Every patient record is abstracted by the treating physician and fully de-identified before it reaches us. No patient-identifiable data — ever. And the physicians who complete them are protected by the same absolute respondent anonymity we apply to every study we run. That posture is not a limitation. It is why our HCPs participate at the depth they do.

From the field

Two studies, as they ran.

Frequently asked, honestly answered.

How is patient privacy protected in chart audits?+
Records are abstracted and de-identified by the treating physician before submission. We never receive, hold, or transmit patient-identifiable data — by design, not by policy exception.
Can charts and patient interviews run in one engagement?+
Yes — the chart tells you what happened; the patient and caregiver interviews tell you why. Both sides come from the same verified network.

Research answers the question you asked. GOLF and AlfaKinetic make sure you never stop hearing the answers to the questions you didn’t.
