And the physicians who complete them are protected by the same absolute respondent anonymity we apply to every study we run. That posture is not a limitation. It is why our HCPs participate at the depth they do.

How is patient privacy protected in chart audits?+
Records are abstracted and de-identified by the treating physician before submission. We never receive, hold, or transmit patient-identifiable data — by design, not by policy exception.
Can charts and patient interviews run in one engagement?+
Yes — the chart tells you what happened; the patient and caregiver interviews tell you why. Both sides come from the same verified network.
