8–10 Patient Records per Physician, Twice a Year: Tracking Antiretroviral Therapy Performance Through Chart Data

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer runs this study with us twice every year: a chart-based tracking program in which treating physicians each complete 8 to 10 de-identified patient record forms with complete treatment history.

Each wave captures the regimens in use, comorbidities present, viral load at presentation and currently, and the reasons behind every regimen change — real treatment behavior, drawn from real charts, fully de-identified by the treating physician before it ever reaches us.

Recruitment to final completion runs about five and a half weeks per wave, on our hybrid screenshare methodology.

This is one program inside a patient-record engine that abstracts 25,000+ records a year across therapy areas. No patient-identifiable data, ever — and physicians protected by the same absolute anonymity we apply to every study.
