Clinicians emphasized growing demand for better plaque characterization, diagnostic clarity, and streamlined workflows during coronary interventions. Hybrid IVUS–OCT imaging addressed these needs by combining IVUS depth with OCT resolution, improving interpretation of complex lesions and enabling more precise treatment planning.
